We want your KalmPulse to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about processing, delivery, and tracking.
Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States — no minimum, no surprises at checkout. International shipping is available to many countries; rates and duties (if any) are shown or calculated at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out.

These are estimates from the day your order ships, not from the day it's placed. Delivery times for international orders can vary based on customs processing and local carriers.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then reach out to us.
International orders, duties & taxes
For international deliveries, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to predict these charges in advance, and they are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout.
Wrong address, delays & lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only update it before an order ships. If a package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but missing, or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
