The 60-Night Home Trial

Try KalmPulse at home for a full 60 nights. If it doesn't become part of your calm, send it back for a refund of the product price. We want you to decide on your own couch, not under pressure.

How the trial works

You have 60 days from the delivery date to decide whether KalmPulse is right for you. Go ahead and use it during that time — this is a real home trial, not a "must stay sealed" policy. If it's not for you, request a return within the 60-day window and we'll refund the price of the product.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@kalmpulse.com with your order reference (it starts with "KP-") and the email used to order.
  2. Tell us briefly why it wasn't a fit — your feedback genuinely helps us improve, but it's optional.
  3. We'll reply with simple return instructions and the return address. Please wait for these before shipping anything back.
  4. Pack the device and accessories securely and send them to the address we provide.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. We'll email you when the refund is on its way.

Condition of returned items

Because hydrogel gel pads are skin-contact consumables, used pads can't be resold and aren't refundable on their own. To keep your trial smooth, please return the device and disc remote in good working condition, along with the charging cable and original packaging where possible. Returns that arrive damaged due to misuse, or items reported well outside the 60-day window, may receive a partial refund or be declined.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your KalmPulse arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@kalmpulse.com with a photo if you can. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — that's on us, not you.

Return shipping

For standard trial returns, you cover return postage unless we've told you otherwise. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the cost of return and replacement.

Cancellations & changes

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel or update it. Once it has shipped, the 60-night trial applies.
